This pattern is for a crochet cowl using 2 colors of yarn in a medium weight yarn. The yarn used in the photos is Hobby Lobby I Love This Yarn. This cowl is crochet in festive holiday colors with a little glitter in the yarn but any 2 colors of yarn will work for this pattern that you like – would be great for showcasing sports team colors.
Hook size for this crochet pattern is a US J. The pattern is an easy to intermediate level crochet pattern.
The finished cowl measures about 55 inches around and 8 inches wide.

This sports bra pattern is easy to make – the instructions are written as well as some photos of the steps on how to sew the bra together. This pattern is for someone who knows how to sew, how to use their sewing machine and is familiar with sewing on stretch knit fabrics.
The sports bra is fully lined and features an adjustable back closure so it is easy to get on and off. The straps are also adjustable with elastic and slides.
The pattern is sized in increments of Small, Medium and Large. The small should fit a size 32A to 34C, medium a 36A to 36C, large 38A to 38C. Pattern has been tested for size small and size medium.
The fabric recommended for this pattern is a 4 way stretch lycra – the same fabric can also be used for the lining or you can use a lightweight nylon tricot knit fabric to line the bra. You will also need elastic in a couple of different widths, bra rings, bra slides, bra closure. Materials all listed in detail in the pattern. Also listed in the pattern are places to buy bra making supplies and fabrics.
You will need a sewing machine that does a straight stitch and a zig zag stitch to make this pattern.
This bra is very supportive and can be worn for cardio workouts, weight lifting workouts, walking or doing yoga.

This knit hat pattern features a fun spiral rib stitch. The pattern is knit with size US 9 circular knitting needles – the hat is knit in the round so there is no seam.
To knit this hat you will need to know how to knit in the round using circular knitting needles. You will also need to know how to do knit and purl stitches. The pattern is an eighteen row repeat and easy to follow the way it is written. You will also need to know how to knit 2 together to decrease for shaping the crown area. There are 2 adult sizes for this pattern – a small to medium and a medium to large.
The rib of this hat is stretchy and comfortable to wear.

Boho Crochet Poncho Pattern

There are some special stitches used in this part of the design that are explained in the pattern. Rib Knit Cowl Pattern
This knitting pattern is for a seed stitch rib knit cowl. This cowl can also be worn as a cape when pulled down over the back and shoulders – a very versatile accessory to add to your wardrobe or knit for a gift.
This pattern is worked on circular knitting needles so there is no seam. The pattern looks the same on both sides so it is reversible. The finished cowl is approx. 34 in. around and 12.75 in. wide – it is very stretchy because of the rib stitch.
The cowl is worked on size US 10 circular knitting needles – you will need to know how to use circular knitting needles and join in the round, knit and purl to make this pattern. The yarn used is a #4 medium weight worsted yarn – I used Hobby Lobby I Love This Yarn and the cowl is very soft. You need approx. 350 yards of yarn to make this project.
Cotton Knit Shrug Pattern
This knitting pattern is for an easy to knit and easy to wear cotton shrug. The shrug features ribbed sleeves. The body of the shrug is knit first and then the sleeves are knitted in the round. This is an easy pattern to knit and can be completed quickly.
Skills you need to know to knit this shrug are: knit, purl, knitting with circular knitting needles and knitting in the round. 2 needle sizes are used to this pattern, size US 10 and US 9 circular.
The yarn needed to complete this pattern is cotton yarn, #4 weight. I used Hobby Lobby I Love This Cotton – 2 skeins or approx. 360 yards.
Finished shrug measures 35 in. from sleeve end to sleeve end and 20 in. wide in the back – note: shrug is very stretchy.

Crochet Pattern – Chakra Colors Yoga Pillow
This crochet pattern is for a yoga pillow, or bolster, crocheted in chakra colors. There is also a bonus yoga strap pattern included with this download.
The yoga pillow is 22 in. by 12 in. and is a good size small to medium bolster for your yoga practice. I designed this pattern because I needed a bolster for some of my yoga poses and decide to create my own instead of buying one.
This pattern is crocheted with acrylic yarn and a size US K hook. You will need 7 colors of yarn and a pillow form that is 22 in. by 12 in. The chakra colors are listed in the pattern and there is a table provided to keep track of your rows – the pattern is a 2 row repeat. You could also make this in other colors of your choice, not the chakra colors. Stitches you will need to know are single crochet and double crochet to complete this pattern.

This crochet pattern is for a laptop sleeve plus a bonus small case pattern for your power cord and mouse.
I designed this pattern because I wanted a sleeve type of case that would fit down into a larger bag that I use when I travel.
This crochet pattern is a lot of fun to make and works up pretty quickly. This is an intermediate level pattern that is a 4 row repeat and you will need to know how to single crochet, chain, skip chains, double crochet and long double crochet – I explain the long double crochet stitch in the pattern with photos.
The yarn used for this pattern is basic acrylic yarn – I used Hobby Lobby I Love This Yarn – in 5 different colors. You will also need 3 large buttons for this pattern. Hook size used is a US K.

This knitting pattern features an asymmetrical knit wrap that can also be worn as a scarf. The pattern is called river wrap because the stitch reminds me of a river.
This knitting pattern is a 10 row repeat and a simple pattern to follow. I would classify it as easy and suitable for all levels of knitters. The pattern is a 10 row repeat and there is a table included with the pattern to keep track of your rows. You will need to know how to knit, purl, do yarn overs and increase in knitting to complete this pattern.
The yarn used in my pattern is Knit Picks Stroll fingering weight yarn. Any fingering weight yarn can be used to knit this pattern – you will need approx. 460 yds. The pattern is knit using size US 6 knitting needles – circular work best to accommodate the large amount of stitches.
This pattern can be worn as an asymmetrical wrap or as a scarf. When worn as a scarf it has a very pretty spiral drape.
Easy Crochet Market Bags
This crochet pattern is for 3 versions of market bags. The pattern is easy to crochet. The one version is crocheted in the round and the other two, the large and medium versions, are crocheted and then seamed together. The version in the round has more stretch than the other two.
These bags are perfect for the grocery store or for any type of shopping – I used one of mine the other day at the yarn store and they can hold a lot of yarn. All three bags are crocheted with 2 stands of yarn held together to create a very durable market bag. Each bag also features a drawstring top closure to keep your items secure. These bags would also be fun to crochet for gift bags.
To complete this pattern you need approx. 400 yards of a solid color worsted weight yarn and 400 yards of a multi color worsted weight yarn. All of mine in the photos are done with Hobby Lobby I Love this Yarn. The bags are all made with a size US L hook.
