Essentrics Workout

Essentrics® is a full body workout that rapidly changes the shape of your body through a dynamic combination of strengthening and stretching.  The technique develops flexible and strong muscles with immediate changes to your posture. The workout is also known as Classical Stretch, created by Miranda Esmonde-White. It is a popular fitness program broadcast on many local PBS stations.

Essentrics® is a full body workout perfect for men and women of all ages and fitness levels.  The workout is low impact, done in bare feet and the only equipment needed is an exercise mat.

This workout is a dynamic, full-body workout that engages all the muscles plus your joints – leaving you feeling energized, youthful and healthy.

There will be Essentrics classes starting at the Carpenter Park Recreation Center in Plano on October 29, 2018.   Classes will be on Monday’s at 10 am for a six week session or on Wednesday’s at 9 am for a 6 week session  Please contact the Recreation Center at 972.208.8087 to register or visit their website by clicking on the highlighted text.

There will be two FREE classes at the Carpenter Park Recreation Center if you are interested in trying the workout.  FREE Class Dates are Wednesday October 10th at 10 am and Wednesday October 17th at 10 am.   You do not have to be a member of the Recreation Center in Plano to attend classes.   For more information please contact me or call the Recreation center at 972.208.8087
